What is the transaction fee to remit money to India with Singtel Dash?

The transaction fees to remit money to India differs for each pick-up point.

For remittances through a bank account, a flat fee of SGD 3.50 is applicable per transfer.

Remittances made through a cash pick-up point costs SGD 4.00 per transfer.

What is the SGD to INR exchange rate offered when I remit to India with Singtel Dash?

At Singtel Dash, we strive to provide you with the best exchange rates where possible. The SGD to INR exchange rate is adjusted on market conditions. To find out real time exchange rate, launch your Singtel Dash app, and select Remit.

How long does it take for the amount to reach the recipient in India?

Remittances to banks will arrive by the next India banking day. To provide users with greater security and to combat fraud when remitting, some transactions will have a longer waiting time of up to 96 hours.

For transfers to a cash pick-up point, it will arrive in 15 minutes

How do I get started?

Once you have downloaded the Singtel Dash app, sign-up for an account within the app.

Upon completion, you can register for remittance; Within the Dash app, Select Remit>Register for remittance and follow the required steps thereafter and submit.

When your account is approved for remittance, select add a recipient and start remitting.
